Palletizing Robot Design
I have completed all the code parts of the robot, and I have also designed a code disk device to detect the robot’s position.
Work
This project controls the movement, robotic arm, and detection of the handling robot through MCU. Using infrared sensors for path tracking with black lines, using ultrasonic devices for distance measurement, and using photoelectric sensors for speed detection.
1.Designed a handling palletizing robot based on infrared patrol and ultrasonic distance detection,
which could recognize color of the blocks and accurately stack them at the designated locations.
2.Designed a Heuristics-based A* Search handling strategy that ensured the robots could complete
handling tasks at the fastest possible speed.
3.Designed a motor speed measurement device based on an optical encoder to detect the travel distance of a robot by using Solidworks.
